Help Needed : App filed in New Delhi but Medical Requested when in USA

Dear Friends,
Need help from experts -

I have my application processing in new delhi Visa office.

Today I got mail for getting my medical done.

Situation - Because of my work right now I am in USA and my family in India. (They were with me in USA for sometime as well)

Questions -
1) Do I need to get my police verification done again in USA (Last 2+ years I was in USA)
2) Do I need to do again do police verification for my family (Wife + 5 years son) they were with me in USA for almost 2 years
3) Visa office is asking all the documents in 60 days, I am sure all these police verification is NOT possible in 60 days, how can we ask to extend the time
4) For passport, I may not be able to send to India (as I am in USA), Can I ask to get it processed in USA?
5) I did paid my Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fees) when I sent my all documents.. but Do not have any receipt.
What can I do about it? they are asking about copy of receipt

1.Yes u will have to submit (FBI) report if requested by VO and from Indian Embassy u can get police clearance for India
2Yes if VO has asked u for it.Because police clearance is valid for only 1 year and if u had submitted 2 years back then u will have to do it again
Since you applied in India your passports will have to be submitted over here in India itself
3.send a cover letter to VO stating how much time it will take.Include receipts that u have submitted the documents for obtaining police clearance and that the time that is taking is not ur error.Be polite and give evidence that u hv applied for police clearance.
4.There is no other war.Your passports have to be sent to India since thats ur VO.
5.How did u make the payment?If made draft from bank then u should hv a copy of it.
