Hi All,
I've recently been sent an ADR to submit the information relating to my refused admission to United Kingdom. They've also asked me to provide an explanation on the special circumstances that led me to apply to extend my stay in the United Kingdom.
A Brief Background
In May 2014, I applied to extend my stay in the UK under special circumstances and lodged a Further Leave to Remain ("FLR(O)") application with the UKBA. This was however refused on 04 July 2014, on the grounds that my circumstances at that time "did not meet the criteria set under the UK Immigration Rules". I did not have the right to appeal this decision however, after further deliberations with the UKBA, I filed a Judicial Review application on 29 September 2014 in the Upper Tribunal - Immigration and Asylum Chamber ("UTIAC"). The decision of the UTIAC was passed on 10th July 2015 (received on 27th August 2015) which was not in my favor and therefore, I voluntarily left the UK on 18 October 2015.
I have duly disclosed this information to IRCC when I lodged my application. I am ready to provide all the relevant documentation they may need in this regard. However, I am a bit worried about the impact this might have on my application and need guidance on how should I approach this. So the community's expert advice on the matter would be really helpful. Specifically if @legalfalcon would comment on this, I would highly appreciate it.
Thank you in advance
