Hi, I am filling out the application for my mom, and I encountered a problem at 6F. It asks the date of attending school, and she goes to LINC program. Is it necessary to state the summer vacation of the LINC program? i.e. From 2011-09 to 2012-06 and From 2012-09 to 2013-06 or just From 2011-09 to 2013-06 is fine?
