HELP!! Need guidance in Selecting a sub-category in Family Class

Hello everyone…. I needed some guidance regarding filing our spousal sponsorship application. My husband ( the sponsor) and I stay in different provinces in Canada as he is working, and I am on a student visa.

We only see the below 2 options below but feel that we are not eligible for the Spouse in Canada class since we aren't cohabiting. Should we select Family Class outside Canada here and select Family Class inside Canada in the IMM forms?

You must apply outland. You cannot apply inland if you aren't living together. You are right, you are not eligible for the in Canada class.
