Hi Guy's

I need your kind advise and assistance.. kind of confuse . :(

My work permit expires and restoration has been used till October, 2014.. my boss trying to help me for my LMIA however I was refused and due to that I dont have any option but to exit canada.

Instead of going back home, I went in Middle East to pursue further. Im already going to be 8 months here in Middle East ( Im currently working now here) and I received an email from AINP about my file number and asking more documents and asking if im still in canada.

I was panic and didnt know what to do, I contacted my consultant with regard in the same and she said to answer those question and let see what there feed bac; but she is not sure.

1. My question is does the AINP can still pursue further my application?
2. I have a relatives in canada who can sponsor me back just encase, is this possible and continue my application?
3. My employer is welling to help me with LMIA to have a status again, however, do u think my AINP can still be continue?
4. also additional question ...my boss has lmia to be transfer under my name. is it possible?

I send an email to AINP about my application and explain the same to ask some exception..but i never receive a feedback such as they will not pursue..so shall i wait first from there side before i start other application such im planning to apply for express entry for me to be faster to come back

Im kind of confuse now and which step i will take. your kind help will be highly appreciated. :(

thank you

When did you apply for AINP? Whats your NOC and category? When did you receive an email from AINP?
They will likely refuse your application due to the fact that you don't have status in Canada.

I applied my AINP last year August, 2014.. my NOC code is under Food Counter attendant... I receive email from AINP this Month of June, 2015 asking some more details and indicated in their email my file number. I was reading lots of forum and actually thinking if maybe somebody has the same case which can give me some idea... pls advise.. thank u so much.

I think they were just checking up on you rather than processing your file. Unfortunately, you will have to start all over again.
