I worked at a supervisory position at a marketing company that went bankrupt and closed over night. I only have an employement contract as the proof of experience. I reached out to the consolidator and he told me that I'm not in the list of employees. After sending him the contract he was able to get me the unpaid wages. However I didn't get any T4 although I have proof to show that I filled out the tax forms. Can I still use the experience in EE, as I fulfilled all the duties of a supervisor? If yes, how do I go about demonstrating my experience. Please help, I don't want to hire a consultant.

Contact Service Canada and they can send you an ROE which is record of employment.
You should have received your T4 by now. the last date is Feb 28. Contact CRA immediately and they will help you to get your T4.
Also, if you were getting paid regularly, you should have your pay stubs.

It’s a good thing to first search old thread instead of making new threads but buddy I don’t think resurrecting 3 years old thread may get u an answer. Hopefully this post of mine will give a bump to your query and seniors may see and answer. If not, make a new one
