Hi,

My immigrant consultant made mistakes in application form Schedule 3: Economic Classes, basically she checked No for 7. Study in Canada, 9. Relative living in Canada and they both should be YES.

Questions:
1. Should I send new correct forms with a cover letter OR just write a cover letter to explain the mistakes?
2. Where should I sent the cover letter? I just got PER and I don't know which VO they forward my applications to.

Thanks in advance.

If your application was submitted through an immigration consultant, you should send the updated form through that consultant. If you have submitted it directly by yourself, wait for the AOR from your visa office and then you can send a corrected form together with a request letter quoting your file number.
