help:Medical Request Letter/Acknowledgement Letter from Canadian High Commission

aoa,

i got the mail from mhd islamabad, they asked me to bring following things with me:

"Required documents to bring:
1. Original passport members with 2 photocopies of first two pages.
2. Five (5) recent passport size photographs (white background with light clothing colors).
3. Medical Request Letter/ Acknowledgement Letter from Canadian High Commission.
4. Medical form (Appendix C or Section A) from Canadian High Commission.
5. In sponsor ship case provide address of visa processing office.
6. Spectacles or medical history (if have any).
7. Total Fee for the above mentioned"


pls tell me where to get this " Medical Request Letter/ Acknowledgement Letter from Canadian High Commission" from.. i've been sponsored by my husband, and in sponsorship case medical has to be done before submitting any forms..

its urgent pls respond asap

what do you mean "they're asking you to bring..."? who are "they"?

Please be more specific about your case, apparently your file is going through the Islamabad Visa Office, is this correct? Have they called you for an interview? You state that you haven't submitted your forms, so does that mean that you still haven't send your application to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga?

As you said you got the mail asking you to bring the afore mentioned documents .. So that particular mail that you got from islamabad is actually the "Medical request Letter/Acknowleggement Letter"..

Farfelu.. She is referring to they as "Canadian High Commission".. She got a medical request from islamabad stating she has to go through medical in a month's time.. In family sponsorship case , the interview is waived most of the time.. So i am sure in her case to it will be waived ..
