Friends, my name is Midhun
now I am studying b-tech in mechanical engineering(3rd year)
my current CGPA is 6.7
my IELTS score is 7.
will I get admission for masters in Canada with this

Complete your B.Tech first, you still have a whole year ahead of you. I guess you already know that IELTS scores are only valid for two years so make sure they won't expire till the time you apply for your study permit.
You have a lot of time in your hands so do your own research, search for programs, colleges, read the eligibility criteria and prepare according to that.
