Hi!!!
I'll try to tell all in order:
===
I became to permanent resident of Canada 23 october 2006.
Married with Canadian citizen.(22.03.2005)
Leaved Canada 22.03.2007 together with my wife(canadian citizen)
Started live together in Ukraine( ours motherland) 23/03/2007.
She(wife) all that time stayed in Ukraine.
Me, two times has been in Canada (4,5 months and 5,5 months) period 22/03/2007-22/10/2010
my Permanent Resident Card gonna expired 01.11.2011.
===
I got just 15-th mouth(approximetly 460 days).......and miss 270 resister days from 730-s period.
I have diametrically opposite information from different sources
,thats why I want to be 100% sure what I have to do...

-----Ukrainian Embassy in Kiev provides information that all is well ...I do not lose that status.... but does not say anything if they will take into account location abroad with my wife, a Canadian citizen, as the registered days

----The second source, the immigration officer in Canada said that I must return to Canada before the end of January and stay there until 01.11.2011, and thus gain 730days and that my wife is a Canadian citizen has absolutely no meaning for Immigration of Canada: (
-----The website says that being with a partner, who is a Canadian citizen, enrolled in the registered days, if he (she) ... works for the government of Canada or in case of child care or care in case parents??? !

In my case the care of parents, they are very sick .... stroke (my mother. 01/2008) and extensive myocardial infarction (my mother in-low 06/2010)

THE QUESTION IS:
What should I do :
1. Return to Canada in early 2011(till 30/012011) and remain there permanently to 1/11/2011 to get the required 730 days and get a new card ....?????
or
2. Return to Canada at a convenient time(i"ll planning come back in Canada in april-may 2011 ) for me alone or together with my wife(IMPORTANT subquestion !!!!!! we left together Canadaand must , going back together like on same time ,same flight)) as being outside of Canada with my wife to be reckoned registered days?

If so, Do I have to have any evidence for Immigration of Canada, on the reasons for staying in Ukraine (discharge from the hospitals) or any other documents????
3. If all of my 460 days that I was physically present in Canada and the rest (currently around 950-960 days) will be credited to the registered days, then can I submit application to acquire Canadian citizenship?

I need the qualified solution of this problem.

If your wife is a Canadian citizen, your time spend in Ukraine with your wife counts as a part of your residency requirements. This is very clear on page 23 in your application guide to renew a PR card, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/5445E.PDF

You will need to prove your relationship with your wife with your marriage certificate and her passport will prove her citizenship.
