I am currently working in Penticton, B.C. I would like to ask if I can apply direct PR without PNP from express entry.I am giving IELTS exam on next month.

You can do so only If your occupation falls in NOC O,A or B. Otherwise you will have to qualify under Experience class or Federal skilled Trade.

Rabin line cook NOCs are 6322 and 6242. This is NOC D which is not eligible to apply for the PR under Express Entry FSW system. I am not sure if you can apply under the Express Entry Experience class system. Please check with someone if you are eligible for that. For Experience class you need at least 1 year of experience in Canada working as the line cook. I am sorry I do not have much idea about your situation. Plz ask an expert who can guide you.

Skill level A = 0 & 1

Skill level B = 2 & 3

Skill level C = 4 &5

Skill level D = 6 & 7

So 6322 fall under Skill level D.

1. Maybe you would better understand what you quoted, it is the SECOND number in the NOC that determines the NOC, not the first. 6322 is NOC B

You are right that line cook falls under NOC B. I have a question. My occupation is Food service supervisor (NOC B). If I apply for PR under EE how many IELTS CLB do i require minimum ? Is that CLB 7 or CLB 5 for NOC B ?

I saw that previosuly the requirement was only CLB 5 for NOC B but they again i think changed it to CLB 7 for all NOCs. Please clarify.
