Help me with the dates for signatures | New SS package

Hi,

So I sent the documents to my sponsor with my signature and dated 28-Jan-2017. We had some modifications to do in the package so we are sending it off my next week hopefully.

Ques: What date should my sponsor put while signing the forms?

Ques: It gonna be a somewhere 10-15 days gap from the date I put and the actual submission date, so any problem with this?
