Hi everyone,
I am originally from Pakistan but i have been living in Hong Kong for a long time. I applied for Canadian immigration in Jan 2008 because i couldn’t advance my career over here due to language and other barriers. At first i was very excited about the whole immigration idea but now i am having a second thoughts because of weather, taxes, and also not being able to find a job in your preferred profession in Canada.
I know it might be a good idea for someone who lives in Pakistan or India to immigrate to Canada to look for a better future and standard of living. However, do you guys think its a good idea to leave a country like Hong Kong and go to Canada?
Your opinions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
