Help me urgent!! Regarding RPRF fee

hi guys,

my application received on may 1st.

i paid my RPRF fee before the request and send that email pdf to CIO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca, so i didn't get any RPRF request now.

now some of my firends who applied in may got their fee request and asked them to send receipt PDF to
CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca and copy CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

what should i do now? what's the difference between CIO and CPPO

Email Ottawa and attach your scan copy of your receipt. Ask them if they received your fees? Don't forget to include your file number, UCI, date of birth, full first and last name in the email. In subject line also put your application number. Don't worry if you paid your fees, they will find it.
