Help me to understand...

Hey guys, I'm trying to understand why that woman's husband redid his medical on the 27th of nov and his results were already ready last week in the system, yesterday he picked up his visa, while me , I did my medical 2 days after him, and the embassy told me my results are not yet in the system? We have same visa office. Sthe woman told me the medical centre collected the med tests for the month and send them all dec the 4th( the doc secretary told her so). I emailed ottawa but no reply yet. But I'm saying, is my time very near like could happen on monday or they really don't do those stuff in order? Thx guys.
