Help me Study in Canada - any university any province

Hi all,

Hope you are doing good. I need help as i wanted to study in Canada as intentional student on 2 Year Degree Program.

I want to ask what are my chances of admission in any university & province ? My brief profile is:

Bachelor of Arts ( Two Year Integrated Course - Majors are 1. Journalism 2. Education ) 48% marks. 385/800 from University of Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan in 2002. ( ** Credit Transfer suggestions..how it works ** )

IELTS 6 overall. ( Academic )

Currently I'm working in Dubai, UAE for the last 8 years as Sales & Customer Relationship Manager in Bank.

i'm interested in MBA, Accounts, Finance, human resource management, Marketing.

please help.

I don't think you have any chance of being admitted to an MBA or Master's. Your marks are too low. Also, you should have an IELTS score of at least 6.5 in each of the four categories (6 is too low). Last but not least, in Canada you typically have to have a 4 years Bachelor in order to be admitted to an MBA/Master's.

I am sorry... Master degree in Canada is difficult. This means you should have more than 60% mark at least. Even though I have 79% for my university transcirpt, I failed to get a master degree admission, so I chose a certificate & diploma instead. I have ielts overall 6 like you. However, most school suggests that overall 6.5 and no under 6.0. So, you need to improve your ielts score. Good luck

dental15 > Thanks .. please suggest to chose a certificate & diploma & how can i plan long term study plan. my main purpose is to study in Canada & work after i finish my study.

i would love to hear anything that will help me to move from here.
