Hi Everyone:

I wish to apply in provincial nominee program with my husband and with little daughter.I was applied in federal immigration in 2007 through a representative in skilled worker category with my husband.after 7 years i heard from my consultant about the refusal cases.he said all the immigration cases were cancelled and i get my money back whenever the court decides about the governments decision. Its really embarrassing for my family to have been refused after 7 years..

Now,i heard someone through a provincial nominee program we're able to again put our application in pipeline and its a fast process..so could anyone help me on this issue in which category we can apply for provincial program ..Below is our profile

My Husband : Degree: MCIT,
Experience : 8 years Banking
MY : Degree : MBA
Experience: 4 years
my daughter is in grade1..Do you need any information further then ask me anytime.

Your opinions/suggestion will highly appreciated.

Thanks

Hello Farah,

Most of PNP programs require you to have Canadian education or province work experience. Manitoba is an exception, please check the below link if it helps you..also go on manitoba site to check their new point system for immigration. Good luck!!
