I am currently living in Penticton B.C. I have work permit only.I would like to ask if I can apply for my
wife in a open permit. So what documents do I need
to submit and how long does it takes to approved?
I would be really appreciated if someone could answer my question.

1, She needs to apply for a TRV (if required) and OWP see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/tourist.asp and she includes an application for a work permit. She will require a copy of your work permit and your job description
