Appointment Your assigned duties are laid out below. A full-time load in the workshop is CUSTOMER SERVICES credits per term. Your appointment, therefore, is [33%] of a full-time workload. Your total cumulative FTE at work as of the beginning of this appointment is 40 Hours/Week The term of the appointment includes all end-of-course work, including if any work is required and approved by your Head after the end of your appointment, you will be remunerated. This appointment is subject to the approval of the Board of Governors and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
The terms and conditions are as follows:
Responsibilities All duties and responsibilities shall be carried out under the direction of your senior and are subject to evaluation by your senior.
Your duties will include: CUSTOMER SERVICES:
CUSTOMER SERVICES Responsibilities for the Company may change over time, and will be assigned by your senior as determined by the needs of the Company. You are expected to do work, at all times, the highest professional standards. In support of this, you are expected to become familiar with the work Respectful Environment Statement. The statement reflects our core values of mutual respect and equity, and promotes a safe, caring, and respectful campus community. Senior holds all staff accountable for carrying out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with this Statement.
Compensation and Benefits Salary: In the event your assigned course is discontinued or cancelled, you will receive at least one month's notice or the sum of $ 4640 CAD/Month for 160 Hours for one month.
Your salary will be increased, as are the salaries for all Sessional work, in accordance with the Collective Agreement with the Company Faculty Association.

Work Permit As a foreign worker, it is your responsibility to obtain a temporary work permit prior to your start date of appointment at Company. If your temporary work permit is not valid prior to your start date, then your start date will be changed to reflect the issued date of your temporary work permit. Confidentiality (Optional paragraph) While under our employ and after the termination of this agreement, you will not disclose the private and confidential The Mentor Groups and will not affairs of the use for your own purposes or for those of any other person any information which you acquire about the business and affairs of The Mentor Groups or about its management and methods of operations. Termination If your employment with The Mentor Groups is terminated, you will receive either written notice of termination, termination pay or a combination (as long as the notice and the termination pay together equal the length of notice you would be entitled to receive), in accordance with (labor standards or provincial employment standards act or legislation).
Probationary Period Your employment is subject to a probationary period of 06 months. Your probationary period will be subject to (refer to your provincial labor standards or employment standards by Company). Full Agreement This letter constitutes the full terms of our employment offer and supersedes all other commitments either written or verbal that may have been made to you by Company. Should you accept this offer, you will be a member of the Company bargaining unit and your employment will be governed by the Collective Agreement with the Company Association, Company procedures and Company policies, noting in particular Policy #42 on Faculty Term Appointments without Review and Policy #97 on Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment. The Agreement, procedures and policies may be amended from time to time and such amendments are binding upon you. Reappointment is at the discretion of the Company and factors including availability of funds, satisfactory performance appraisals and compliance with Company agreements and policies. If you are in agreement with the terms of appointment as set out in this letter, please sign the enclosed copy of the letter and return it no later than 28 July 2021 Please keep a copy of this signed letter for your own records.
