Plz help me I gave divorce certificate from union council which was registered in 2010 and ex husband file case of his wife same time my application and ex husband application reach immigration office he gave divorce certificate from nadra which issued 2013 and effective date 2007 and I registered my own union council in 2010 and get certificate now they said there is variations in divorce date who I can explain them what kind proof I can provide I am fighting this case 2010 to right now same answer divorce registered in nadra in union council but not accepted who can I prove them my question is if I said them to accept ex husband divorce which affected date 2007 but issued certificate date 2013 my remarried date was 2012 did they accepted it or refused me waiting for answer plz any expert help me suffering this situation last 7 years

CIC is looking for you to explain why the two certificates are different. It won't be enough to simply say that you will accept your ex husband's evidence - you need to explain why there is a difference. I agree you should contact a good immigration lawyer at this point. This matter is too complex to try to get advice from an immigration forum.

I blv, a minor mistake can extend the process minimum 6months further. But to hire a lawyer is a better choice. Agreed with @scylla.
