Hi
I have seen that spreadsheet show the
Computer & Media Developers -- 145 CAP And
Computer Engineers -- 70 CAP.

The sheet is updated with latest info...

That spreadsheet only reflects how many people on this forum have applied under these NOCs. This likely represents less than 5% of actual applicants.

Both of the NOCs you are interested very likely reached their cap quite some time ago (there is no way to find out for sure). You can certainly still apply, however there is a very high chance your application will be returned unprocessed since the cap has already been reached.

This is true.

Regrettably the totals on the CIC site seem to be painfully out of date, the totals there seeming to represent the applications they received only in the first few days.

I, and many others, believe that several of the NOCs are already full.

I personally think there is absolutely no chance whatsoever that NOCs 1122, 2147 and 2174 will make it within the cap if sent now. To be honest they were probably filled by applications received within the first few weeks of the doors opening.

Of course you can still apply but IMO you may be better focusing on your efforts on trying to secure a job offer with a Canadian employer, in which case the caps do not apply.

Wayne.
