My dear friend Javed, Your idea is excellent!. If you get married to a Canadian PR or citizen then you can easily immigrate to Canada without waiting much time like FSW category applicants .

If it is your plan there is no need of worry about your qualification and experience. Because you will be in Family Class - Spouse.

in order to find a job any where in Canada you may need to get sufficient education ( you already have ) and job experience, especially a Canadian experience preferred. Any additional certifications obtained from Canada in your field would attract more chances for job.

However, being you an IT expert, try to search the web about Canadian life, Canadian job market, Canadian Education etc....

Good luck.
