HELP: LOI ( letter of Introduction )

I got study permit 2 days ago but I want to ask about Documents No.
The documents no. in LOI is different than in Visa stamp in my passport

The documents no. in LOI starts with F letter ( FXXXXXXXXX )
The documents no. in Visa stamp in my passport starts with E letter ( EXXXXXXXXX )

Is this right or wrong ??

The different is not just first letter of document no. but the entire documents No. is different


EXAMPLE:

F397450375 in LOI
E709475638 in Visa stamp
