I am in a confused state of mind for claiming 50 points. I am currently based outside Canada. I got an ITA based on 50 additional points for my arranged employment. I have approved LMIA ,plus permanent job offer from a consultant. Based on my LMIA , I had applied for Work permit and got that stamped in my passport with validity till 2019.
But the real twist is the job requirement from client company went on hold. So here I am with all the documents but could not fly to Canada as my employment agency do not want to keep me on bench.
Now is my 50 point claim valid in ITA??
