I am living in Quebec from 5 years ,i studied here and then working here from 2.5 years

and i applied for CSQ and my file got refused by some document issue after 2 years(they asked me certified copy of my education and i sent originals)

now i got invitation to apply under EE in FSW Class .I am gathering my documents

Unfortunately my company have lay off and will be shutting down on 21st April .I am planning to move outside of Quebec after that

My question is can i submit my profile while i have this job and still lives in Quebec or

i should wait for my job to finish and after i move to other province ?

will it give me problems that i live in Quebec ?

need advice please

My PGWP is expiring in August ,I don't have much time

No you must stay there because you already got ITA as Quebec residents. Now as you said, you already gained 2.5 years experience and your company is going to shutting down on 21st April. That is fine, you can still submit your documents as you already gained field experience(Atleast 1 year). But make sure, go through with Bringing Work Permit program that can possibly extend your stay while you application is still under process!

Don't forget to grab reference letter from your company which is required to show for your PR application
