Hi, I employed a representative to work on my Express Entry (EE) application in April and decided to terminate his services and do it myself. The problem is that he opened my EE profile in his IRCC account and claims that he cannot link or transfer my profile. I logged into my personal account and tried using the "link your application" option but could not find my application on there. I think I tried every option available and ended up using my 5 tries for the day. My question is that is there a way to link or transfer my profile from his account to mine? I have been in the Express Entry pool since April and would like to keep it that way, instead of starting it again.
