help....it almost one month since I'm Decision Made but still no visa yet :(

hi! I got headaches thinking about of too long processing of my application since august/sept. 2013. I was DM status since September 25, 2014 but still no visa yet, I'm from Cebu and others got their visa as early as 3 days to 2 weeks, why is it not equal processing? I think it should be fair if we are from manila or any province to deliver because courier services only one day, I'm so worried and I can't control I'm so worried because its seems they making it always longer of my waits...I have terrible headaches, maybe because of stress that seems they didn't care much to make my application.... how/what is the longest time to wait from DM status to visa on hand? it makes puzzle my mind and I will be feel better when I can have my visa..thank you ~ just expressing how I feel...I'm terribly have a headaches today and I know that's the one reason of my stress

Send them an email and ask what's happening. I did it, too and found out that they sent my COPR to the wrong address
