What is the difference if I submit or lawyer ? Will the process take longer if the documents are submitted by lawyer?

An attorney can review your documents to make sure they are properly prepared and handle any issues that might arise. For most people, it's not necessary to use an attorney, particularly if the application is straight-forward. If you have areas of concern or you believe your application will be challenging to process, then an attorney can be of significant assistance.

If your application is straight-forward, then you are likely better off saving those funds.

Good luck with your application!
