am new here, from egypt, i have master's degree in environmental chemical engineering, and ask how to get a scolarship to have PHD in it, am 42 years , anyone can give me informations about conditions and regulations?

You'll need to contact the schools you plan to attend directly to see what scholarships they have available.

I assume you may also have a family. In order for them to accompany you to Canada you will have to show even more savings. Families of international students are not guaranteed visas.
