Help in filling up IMM 5257/IMM5710E

Hi. So I am filling up some forms as I will be applying for an extension of my work permit. And i got hesitant or confused of what to answer on one question. So the question was, "During the past five years, Have you lived in any country other than your country of citizenship or your current country of residence?"

I am not sure if I should answer no or yes. The situation is I had lived in Canada before from April2013-April2015, then when my contract expires, I left Canada and returned to my home country. Then I entered Canada again just this January 2016.

Please kindly share your thoughts. Thanks.

7 - Current Country Of Residence - India (Home Country)
8 -Previous country of residence - country (canada) status - student/worker, From April, 2011 - April 2013
9 -If you are applying from home country than choose (yes) if no than country name , status like visitor/ worker...
