i was working as Assistant Hospitality Manager in company for 4 years 7 months (NOC code 0631 - Duties match with what i was doing) however i was transferred as Assistant training manager in same organisation. i have worked for this position for 1 year 3 months now. Not sure which is correct NOC code for me -

my main duties in this role are:
To conduct On Site, Off site & On the Job Trainings.
• To Prepare and coordinate for Quarterly & Monthly Training Calendar
• To coordinate and update Training Calendar compliance Tracker & Training Execution Compliance Tracker
every month
• Implement Role Certification Training Programs at sites.
• Maintain, coordinate and update all reports on Monthly Basis.
• 100% Swagat Compliance / Training and Report.
• Coordination and follow up of L & D Trainings / CSTP Trainings
• Identify, develop and update the training needs for all services in the SFS division in consultation with
Regional Training Head.
• Plan and direct all trainings in terms of content, systems and policies in consultation with Regional Training
Head.
• Implement overall training strategy and calendar as evolved at the region.
• Interact with clients periodically as defined for their feedback on the performance of Sodexo employees
• Research different methods of training and development strategies pertaining to different levels and groups
of employees at sites and Office.
• Interact and coordinate with the personnel on-site as well as regional Operations to address all trainingrelated
issues.
• Work closely with the support of all Zonal Managers / Support Functions to complete training programs
successfully.
• Complete and maintain training programs and projects within the approved budget and established time
frame.
• Analyse trends and data to ensure operationally sound training systems.
• Set up of relationships and liaison with consultants, placement agencies and catering, engineering, hotel
management schools for management trainees or apprentices.
• Implement and follow-up of the training process and effectiveness.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all training material developed and used.
