Hello! im going straight to the point, because i've already wasted 3 days trying to fix this, including going to immigration and citizenship office, more than 3 hours over cellphone (between trying to communicate with the number, waiting on the phone until someone had time, because the line has been full, and actually trying to get the kind Agent on the other side of the phone my problem), creating virtual machines on my computer to install several OS to try and work with the file (Windows 7, 10) using different versions of IE including Edge. Also tried it on Firefox, Opera, Chrome/Chromium in my linux distribution and the 2 virtual machines running Windows OS, and even further, i used the windows and mac computers of other people, and the same outcome every time... So, does anyone here knows what is going on? Anyone knows a direct download link of the IMM 5710 Application proven to work?
Please take the time to read and think what you answer is going to be before you send me another link on the cic.gc.ca webpage to access the file, I've already tried it for sure.
Please take into consideration: I HAVE ALREADY DONE ALL OF THAT ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT WEB BROWSERS AND SEVERAL DIFFERENT OS!!! Refreshing and ALL, really.

This message does not go away, no matter how many times you refresh the page. The same message appears on the PDF file when you download it, no matter what link,
EVERY TIME I open the link from any available section or webpage inside cic.gov, or I download the pdf file ("save link as"), I GET THE SAME OUTCOME..
I'm really sorry about the upper case usage, but i really need to make clear that, I've been trying to solve this for a long time, and i'm not getting any help from cic.gov available instances, including support team which seems to be absolutely unable to understand the problem at all.
