Help! I was eligible for Express Entry for both Skilled Worker and Canada Experience and now it says I'm not eligible!?

As the title says, the weirdest thing has happened to me. I had submitted my express entry profile on December 13th, I was given a score of 539 points and it showed that I met the criteria for both Federal Skilled Worker and Canadian Experience. Today, out of nowhere, I get a new update on my express entry profile stating that I'm not eligible for express entry and all my scores are blank or at 0. I have not changed or update anything on my profile, how can this be possible? Is it a glitch?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
