HELP... I need help for Canadian experience class..

I am applying for CEC under shift manager fast-food restaurant. When i started in the job, i was a shift manager right away for 1 year.
Can someone please help me with the requirments from CIC and give examples ??

1) the positions you have held during the period of your emplyment and the time spent in each position .
(example please ??? Since i was shift manager right away, should i put this information ?? )

2) what is the format of the reference letter ???

3) your main responsibilities and duties in each position
( example pleasee ?? and how many responsibilities and duties should my boss put ??)
(Also, isn't responsibilities and duties the similar ??)

Did you come to Canada as a temporary foreign worker or as a student? If it was as a TFW, you need 2 years of skilled work experience to qualify for CEC.

The details of what is required to go into the letter are contained in the guide for CEC applications. It must contain position held, period of employment, wages, benefits and duties. See the Guide for exact instructions. The duties must reflect what is listed on the Labour Market Information for the shift manager which is NOC code 6212 for food service supervisor. See here:

The format is a standard business letter on letterhead and including the business card of the person writing it. This letter must be done by your manager/owner of the restaurant.
