HELP... I need help for Canadian experience class..

I have a questions about CEC..

I started my work on August 2010 and will complete one year by July 2011. However, i only have T4 and Notice of Assessment for August 2010 to Dec 2010. I still don't have my T4 and NOA for Jan 2011 to July 2011.
So can i still apply for Canadian Experience Class this year on August 2011 without getting my T4 and NOA for this year ????

Or Do i have to wait till for next year after i get my second T4 and NOA ???

Please help me ....

No, you don't have to wait until you get another TV/NOA... It is not required, but you could include a copy of your most recent pay statement (most recent at the time of application).

But I would like to point out that, if you qualify after one year of employment, that means you were a student in Canada for at least 2 years before that... and most likely, you should have NOAs from those years as well.

I think you could. But do u have a work contract?
Can u prove u work for a year? Is your job in NOC skill 0 A or B?

I'm a student who studied in college for more than 2 years. My one year work experience will be done in July 2011. I think i will just submit my recent pay stub and letter of reference to accompany my T4 and NOA....I have NOAs from 2007, 2008 and 2009 without the income on it. Is that fine with it ???????
I hope that should be fine with them....

Does anyone have a smaple of LETTER OF REFERENCE ????

That sounds OK. Depending on processing times, they may ask you to submit your 2011 NOA later, so be sure to file your 2011 taxes as early as possible.

I don't think anyone will share a Letter of Employment with you, too much personal information. Just refer to the document checklist, it states exactly what pieces of information are required in the letter (give a copy of that to whomever is writing the letter).

Just follow the directions in the Document Checklist -

You only need to cover the past 3 years. You do not need pay stubs (that is alternative documentation only if you have problems with the required documentation).
