Help, I have enough points yet I was told Profile Ineligible

Hello Everybody
This is Emad. To give you an idea about my points, I'll introduce myself.
I am 31 years old with a master's degree in electrical engineering from the states. I have almost 4 years of experience in electrical engineering. I am married and have one kid. my wife also an engineer with 2 years of experience but she has not taken any language tests.
I have applied yesterday for EE and I was told that I am Ineligible.
I am wondering why is that?
I met all the requirements and I said I am gonna bring 22,000 Canadian dollars with me which is enough.

Does this have any thing to do with the fact that my last employment was in 2013?

I am really confused, Please help me.

did u chekc ur ielts score? when did u write it, is it still valid?

recheck ur 67 point calculator, thats the only place where ul miss some calculation
