Help!! how to update my payment information?

Unfortunately my old visa card has been declined, i have receievd.a new visa card just today, i applied CEC last year and the payment information is the old visa card, i remember i filled out a payment information form when i was applying CEC, now i need to notice CIC my card has been changed, i did call cic yesterday, they ask me to send an email to sydney, i did it yesterday, but they havent replied yet, should i just send my new visa card number to sydney?

When did you apply (date)? If they haven't already deducted the money from your old visa card, sorry to say but most probably your application will be returned to you. As far as I know there is no way you can contact CIC to inform about the new card...

I am really sorry to say but you dont have an option. I am also in the same boat as you application was filed in November but due to credit card and bank shit the application is on the way back to
me.

Correct. Your application will be returned to you. Re-apply and make sure to include valid payment information.
