Looking to extend my stay in Canada, as my IEC WH Visa expires in June.
Note: Im an Australian who is just completing my 2 year visa, with a job offer in a NOC type B, starting Mid May (however is seasonal). Im only looking to extend my work until the end of the summer season if possible (October). But would love to commit to permanent living
I've been doing my research, and with every pathway i find, a speed bump seems to holt me.
-Can't move onto Young professionals (24 months in WH)
-I meet all requirements for a Work permit (Inside Canada), however the only problem is the visa requires permanent work, in which my offer is seasonal.
-Can't extend a IEC WH visa
-CEC - Don't have over a year work experience over a NOC type B (However im very close)
-my current job is not seasonal however is not above a NOC type B
Question- Do big corporations (Vail) bother with LMIA's?
- How do people do back to back seasons - what visa's are they using?
Someone help me continue living the dream!
