Hello everyone
My name is Tee, I`m international student and I`ve been in Canada for 3 years now.
I have a big problem and I don`t really what to do !!
I will tell you my story and I hope you guys can help me.

My study permit expires on March 31. In January ( 2 months earlier ) I sent my application online to renew the study permit.
I had been waiting for 2 months, after it expired ( March 31 ) I called Immigration Canada (client services) to see why I didn`t receive my SP until now ?!
They told me that they did not receive the application that I sent it 2 months ago !!Although, I have 90 days after the expiry date, they said I have to send it by mail this time and don`t forget to pay $200 for the plante which I did all what they told me to do and I sent it on April 7th.After a few weeks I called the Immigration to check the status of my application, they said that they sent the application back to me on May 12 but it`s been 3 weeks and I didn`t receive anything so the agent told me I have to wait 6 weeks since they send me the application. So I waited for 6 week then I called them and the agent told me that they sent back my application because there are missing small things!! He told me that I will complete 90 days tomorrow and I have to apply for SP again weather Online or mail,Althought, he said to write a letter explaining my problem with all the receipts for the payment which I did all of that today.also, I applied for it online today but at the end when I clicked sent it shows me that I can`t apply because I`m over 90 days !!! MOREOVER, Tomorrow is CANADA DAY so everythings will be closed.

I don`t know what to do
please if anyone works in client services tell me what I have to do
I don`t want to leave Canada

I am not experienced in your case, but there are some things which every body needs to be must be familiar with.

First of all never wait till the end you know what happens. If you had applied well in advance you wouldn't have gone through all this.
Your status in Canada now is Illegal immigrant because you have overstayed.
You must always keep a track and record/proof of what you do in the immigration matters.

You applied first you should have receipts and proofs then second time when you did not complete the forms and now third time when they are saying you cannot apply now. Submit an appeal if they have appeal system with all of the correspondences and proofs, photocopies, do not submit original receipts as you won't get them beck.

If they do not have an appeal system then apply again with a cover letter and explain every thing with all the photocopies and proofs, when you applied online and you got any confirmation email or you saved the page do also submit photocopy of that.

If you find it difficult or your present mental condition does not allow you to do this and you are scared the hire a good consultant.

You are to much tensed and don't know what to do.

Your presentation and communication makes it easy or difficult, try to convince them and hopefully you will go through all this.

Best of luck
Wicky
