I want to pursue masters of engineering from good university in Canada. can some please suggest mr some good universities. my consultant i.e sunrise told me that i cant apply for any university because i had lot of backlogs during my b.tech but cleared all during 4 yr time.

B.tech=66.6% Electronics and communication
ielts= overall 7 bands.. individual bands (L=8.5,R=7,S=6,w=6)
i had around 11-12 backlosgs
