Greatings to all i need an help
A month ago i wrote to my visa office rome after 12 months and i was no getting a reply so they when i email them they send me this email my application is in queue for being interview in tirana but did not set a date , so yesterday i wrote again and i got this answer differently from the first email .”Thank you for contacting IRCC Rome.
Please be advised that this application was received in Rome and is currently in the queue for processing/being processed in Rome. Please expect some time to pass before receiving notice of the next step.

Unfortunately there's really nothing you can do but wait for the interview to be scheduled. Sometimes it can take several month for this to happen.

I assume you have already ordered your GCMS notes so that you have the case notes for your application and have information about why they are requesting an interview.

Yes but they in the first email tell me my application is in albania tirana for being interview and in the second email today a month ago tell me the application is in rome and they dont tell me about the interview so i dont undertand

The second email is a canned / generic email. Your application is delayed because an interview is required.

Yess but why they dont send me a date for interview am so sad i thunk this christmas and yew year i will be with my husband

It often takes several months for an interview to be scheduled.
