hello everyone
i want to apply for PNP winnipeg in jan 2018.
i firstlt applied in 2014. on that time my case was rejected because
when embassy called to my sponsor he was on work. his phone was on silent mode.
embassy rejected my case.i got adaptability point 0.
now second time i am looking for apply.
i want to ask can i hire same sponser.he is my friend.
will embassy process my case
will i face any problem.
plz help and provide me advise
