I am a newbie here and just a couple of weeks or so away from going for my landing interview.(That is, if nothing holds them back again)
In my application, I never made mention of my child who is overseas. I have no proof of documentations to show to CIC that is my dependant child. What should I do?
If the question comes up during my interview and I say yes, I have a dependant child, how will that affect me? us?
Anyone here with such experience or advice?

You'll be denied, you bascially lied and I hope you know you can never ever sponsor this child in the future in another post you said you only have his bc which is in Ghana that is proof you already lied once which is considere misrepresentation and could lead to a ban (not sure for how long) if I were you I'd consult a lawyer ASAP to see about your options which might include cancelling the application and starting all over again which will more than likely still cause problems for you, when it comes to immigration HONeSTY is always the best policy no matter what!!!

You should add the child to the application. Before you land and become a PR, you should tell CIC about the child and have him examined. If you do not, you will never be able to sponsor him, and your application could be denied for misrepresentation.

I suggest you consult an immigration lawyer about this.

Take immidate step, hire a immigration lawyer and tell the truth prior or in interview
otherwise cic consider it misrepresentation
