okay so I applied for my daughters sponsorship last year in may. And now I got the mail yesterday by the name of my daughter that your sponsor has to provide the following things otherwise the case can be refused.

Based on the information in your application, it appears that your sponsor has not fulfilled the requirement put upon them by section 130 of the
Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, which states:
(1) Subject to subsection (2), a sponsor, for the purpose of sponsoring a foreign national who makes an application for a permanent resident visa as a member of the family class or an application to remain in Canada as a member of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class under subsection 13(1) of the Act, must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who resides in Canada.

(2) A sponsor who is a Canadian citizen and does not reside in Canada may sponsor an application referred to in subsection (1) by their spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner or dependent child who has no dependent children if the sponsor will reside in Canada when the applicant becomes a permanent resident.

As such, your sponsor must provide satisfactory evidence of residence in Canada or that your sponsor will reside in Canada when you become a permanent resident pursuant to subsection R130(2). The evidence you submit can include but is not limited to the following:

- Your sponsor’s Notices of Assessments (NOA) for the last two years,

- A complete copy of passport pages since your wedding up to the current day (this may include valid and expired passports),

- Bank and credit card statements for the last one year showing transactions in Canada other than electronic bill payments,

- Lease agreement or proof of home ownership in Canada,

- Cable or phone bills for the last one year, or

- Other documentation that shows your sponsor has been residing in Canada.
And I cant provide any of these right now since I am living in Pakistan with my daughter. What should I do..in the end its written:

45 days from the date written on this letter. Please ensure that you quote the file number indicated at the top of this letter and include a copy of this request letter with any correspondence, documentation, or information you wish to submit to the address at the top of the letter.
If you do not respond to this request within the time outlined above, a decision will be made based on the information available on your application, which may result in a refusal.

And amazingly the date written on the letter is September,13 whereas I received the email yesterday..
Please senior member give me any suggestion that what should I do. Even I called the Islamabad embassy and they said that you either fax or email them. We cant provide you any information.

My daughter jus turned 4 in June. Now what documents should I send them to satisfy them that I will be moving there for sure. Any experiences so please share with me...I don't have time!
By the I am a Canadian citizen by descent which means I got the citizenship through my father and my daughter is born after April 19,2009. which means I cant automatically transfer my citizenship to her.
Please help me as soon as possible!!!

You "mentioned everything" but did you actually provide any proof? A letter from your brother confirming you will be living with him, a rental agreement with him, letters from other family members and friends confirming your intention to live in Canada, evidence that you've looked into a job in Canada or schools if you intend to study, research into preschools/daycare/kindergarten for your child, research into your own place to live, contact with a bank about opening an account etc.

Yes, what you sent with your application was not deemed to be enough by the visa officer, so you need to send more.
Send proof of how you are planning to leave Pakistan: quotes from moving companies, airline tickets, anything to show you are getting ready to move.
Also send proof of how you are going to settle in Canada. The previous poster had a good list. Arranging school, daycare, and other activities such as private lessons for your child in Canada is one especially good proof.

Hold up a minute here ....

Correct me if I am wrong, but the OP is a PR his/herself? If this is correct, the OP MUST be living in Canada and remain in Canada to sponsor the child ... I haven't seen anything that says they can be out of the country as a PR to the contrary ...

You are not wrong however the OP is 2nd Generation Canadian. Got her citizenship through her father, also born outside Canada. So she cannot pass her citizenship to her daughter thus she is required to sponsor her to come to Canada. However once her daughter has landed in Canada, the daughter can apply for Canadian citizenship immediately with no 3 year residency requirement.

yeah that's right. this is the reason why I had to sponsor her to immigrate to Canada. but at this moment I don't have any preparations like bank account, her admission and so on, but I always decided not to leave her behind now I think I have no choice left and I have to go and build my status there to satisfy the visa officer. As I was planning that as soon as her re medical will come so I will go few months earlier to do the preparation. Because for getting the job I should be physically there. This is my last choice if any alternate solution you people can suggest so please let me know.

Ok, so you ARE a Canadian citizen then, yes? If so, do you have any friends/family in Canada already that are willing to give you a place to stay while you look for work? Have you written out your course of action once your daughter is given her PR on how you will proceed to settle yourself in Canada? These are things they will be looking for. If you have family or friends already here, letters from them stating you can stay with them as long as needed once you get there is a great start.

If you don't submit the requested information in time, your app will most likely be refused and you would have to start all over again. We have provided you many examples of proof you can use, so get as much of it together as you can and send it ASAP.
