HELP HELP ELIGIBILITY FOR CEC - ASAP

HI all,

I have 23 months full time experience from Sept 2009 to July 2011. Under the new CEC rules I have 12 months full time experience within 36 months. But, I left Canada once my work permit was over in Aug 2011. Am I Am I eligible to apply now i.e. within Aug 2013?
Please help and advice me ASAP.

The riders for the new changes of 12 months experience requirement will be known only after the announcement. Keep your fingers crossed and wait for the best.

I remember reading in the forum that once you leave Canada within an year you need apply. recommend you to verify the information in CIC web site as well.
