HELP! Have someone adopted in other country?? I need advice

I am permanent resident and I wish to adopt a child in Mexico. Is it so difficult to adopt abroad? Please, I need to know your experiences about this issue.

It is a long and complicated process. You need home studies, lawyers, social workers, etc. I'd look to sign up with an adoption agency that will walk you through the process.

I mean, I will not adopt a family member. I would like to adopt other child that is not a family member.

Not sure you will be able to adopt as a PR. You may have to wait until you are a citizen. You need to speak to an adoption agency. International adoptions cost around 30K I think so that will also be a factor.
