[HELP] GIC or Educational Loan WHICH is better under GENERAL CATEGORY?

I have planed for SEPTEMBER INTAKE 2013 unfortunately I got rejection for MAY 2013 under SPP for CANADA

So, now will Apply under GENERAL CATEGORY..

So, Can you please tell me that Which Option is Better for GENERAL CATEGORY for LIVING EXPENSE..?


Will i go for GIC or EDUCATION LOAN..?

And one MORE question, Is it necessary to send GIC CERTIFICATE to the Embassy with my documents or Only WIRE TRANSFER is enough..?


I heard that GIC is better for that.. What you say..?

But I heard that we can also go through GIC..

And some consultants are also suggest GIC.. So, can I go through GIC..?
