HELP!gap reached for 11/12 may 07, what if my application got to CIO on may 03?

Is that mean they will process or not, or since may 07 they not taking any application without arranged employment? Does anybody know what its mean? I have no aeo, applied as fsw, but didn't get any info if they will process, just waybill from FedEx that it was delivered on may 03. My visa office is Warsaw.

I haven't been following the numbers, but I suspect you may be reapplying in July. The 5/6 May was a weekend, so that leaves very few working days between application arrival and cap. The other issue is that they usually have a surplus of applications, they aren't just working on the ones the day they arrive. Sorry.
