Help for selecting course

Hi all,

My sister did B.Sc and M.Sc ij Botany. Which course will be better for her in terms of job after completion?
Please suggest.

She has to do her own research but consider a PhD with a Masters. As for her career, she needs to show career/job prospects in her home country and justify spending tens of thousands in Canada. Her program must build on her education and show career advancement ( higher paying job etc.).
