Help for Renewal PR Card, 2013

I renew my PR card in April, 2013 and I have not received my PR card yet.

Here is my status:

Permanent Resident Card
We received your application for a permanent resident card on April 12, 2013.

We started processing your application on May 17, 2013.

Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on June 28, 2013, and will be issued shortly. Although the majority of permanent resident cards are mailed directly to applicants, it is possible that a card be sent to a CIC office as part of the quality assurance program. If this is your case, you will receive a notice asking you to pick up your card at the CIC office nearest you.

Last week, my Status of your application is "Decision Made", However, I check it today, Status of your application is " Complete".

I check my mail box everyday, but there is no letters from CIC.

So what I can do?

Exactly what Jrou said. I was in the same boat. I sent my application in April, and my card arrived mid July. I called CIC because I got anxious and the guy I spoke with on the phone told me that it takes some time to print the card with security features.

I almost have the same timeline:
Apr. 15, 2013 - received by CIC
May 21 - in process
July 4 - approved
July 30 - complete

I called cic on july 22nd and they said that card will be mailed on July 31. You can call them to make sure that it has been mailed and try to ask when.
